The meetings of the Board of Trustees are normally held on the third Monday of each month at 3:00 p.m. unless that date conflicts with a holiday or other event.

Due to the state of emergency created by COVID-19, the Board will be utilizing a combination of audio and video technology, pursuant to Governor DeSantis’ Executive Order Number 20-69 issued on March 20, 2020, as extended to September 30, 2020 by Executive Order 20-193.
Members of the public who wish to participate in the meeting remotely and speak on any item on the agenda must utilize a remote public participation option. This option promotes social distancing, while still offering interested parties the opportunity to participate in matters coming before the Board of Trustees.
- Participants who wish to participate using the Zoom platform, must email Debbie@pbpfrs.org to pre-register. The meeting link instructions will be provided via email directly to the registered participant on September 21, 2020, at 9:00 AM.
- Participants who wish to participate using their telephone, must call the Pension Office at 954-782-4161 the day of the meeting and they will be provided dial-in instructions.
