SUMMARY:Electronic Meeting (Quarterly Investment Performance Report)
DESCRIPTION:  \nDue to the state of emergency created by COVID-19\, the Board will not be meeting in person; rather\, the meeting will be held by audio and video conference\, pursuant to Governor DeSantis’ Executive Order Number 20-69 issued on March 20\, 2020. \n Members of the public who wish to participate in the meeting remotely and speak on any item on the agenda must utilize a remote public participation option.  This option promotes social distancing\, while still offering interested parties the opportunity to participate in matters coming before the Board of Trustees. \n\nParticipants who wish to participate using the Zoom platform\, must email Debbie@pbpfrs.org to pre-register. The meeting link instructions will be provided via email directly to the registered participant on May 18\, 2020\, at 9:00 AM.\n\n\nParticipants who wish to participate using their telephone\, must call the Pension Office at 954-782-4161 the day of the meeting and they will be provided dial-in instructions.
